Name Colors
Simple question but driving me crazy with curiosity. When I'm in towns, some people have light blue names. Some have dark blue names. Why? What's the difference between the two and who gets what color?

People with light blue names are your normal, everyday character while dark blue means they are in a group of some sort (as in a questing party)
